Women, seize your leadership role

英語で文章を書いてみたくなりました←
昨日下書きのまま寝ちゃったので、今アップします(笑)

前に熱い会で『ブログ英語で書いてみたら？』と言われたし、
ようすけさんのブログ見たら、英語で書かれてるやつもあったので対抗したくなりました(*'ω'*)

Wednesday, I have two hard classes.

“Advanced Speaking A”　is one of the most difficult classes because students must speak English only and bring one topics, articles, news or magazines in English.

Today, I brought some article whose title is “Women, seize your leadership role.”This is an article title that I brought in the class.

When I saw the title, I remembered “Boys, be ambitious.” I think this words is like it wamen version. I attracted the title, so I chose it. Although there are is an incresasing trend of women taking manegement positions, the fact remains that women are working for major corporations but not leading them. This article said how to approach to women's leadersgip in this society.

After graduateing your unuversity, we have to work. I want to be a career woman, so "women's leadership problem" is very important. In 2013, women only hold 4.6 percent of CEO position. The data made me shocked. I do not think that women is far inferior in men. Men surely have high strength and power, but women have regard for other. They have deffernt skills, but they have equal slills totally, have't you?

I hope to change the situation. However, some women think that working is not more important than private. Of corse, this opinion is good. I think that women should think meaning of work.
